hi lads went fishing today to a small river not far away from my house fished it many of times last year so today i set out at 8.am and headed to the river set the pole up at about 7 mtrs using punch bread

waited 2 hrs for my 1st bite and got a roach waited another hr and then moved pegs because it was very slow
no more bites and packed in and headed home at 14;00HRS

there was still ice on the river today and it was freezing cold the weather

it got you out of the house and in the fresh air for a few hours,and at least you caught something instead of blanking.

Nice looking venue Neil. Fish in this weather is a bonus mate.
The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad.
