It was a hot weekend, very hot indeed, but a good time was had by all.
Fishing wise, well for me it was a case of bit bashing as I had gone under gunned for the size of the fish, there are some serious beasts in the lake we were on.
There were some nice fish caught over the w/end, and plenty more lost.
I’d like to say a big thanks to all involved in the w/end, with a special thanks to martin Cronin from peterstone for his hospitality over the w/end.
Few pics from the Saturday morning, the sea wall was not far away so it made for a rather misty, but nice sun rise.

A very enjoyable enjoyable weekend at a fantastic venue, many thanks to everyone at the Peterstone fishery complex, they certainly know how to look after you and we were all made very welcome. In my opinion this years festival was the best so far and long may they continue. Although the weather was almost too tropical, with the very high temperatures, the fishing-banter-food and company could not have been better

YOU CAN LEAD A HORSE TO WATER.
